01
Product function and intended user
Describe the intended age group, interaction, detachable components and sales markets. These inputs help identify the product-specific engineering questions and any testing or documentation that must be agreed. A material name does not establish product safety or market compliance.
02
Component and tooling plan
ITTAK produces HIPS, ABS and PVC components in-house. The proposed material, part breakdown, visible surfaces, mold release and assembly interfaces still need review for your design. If a concept needs another material or process, identify that requirement before a manufacturing scope is confirmed.
03
Decoration and assembly
Provide color references and identify the surfaces that matter most to the customer. Review paint boundaries, print placement, assembly access and any areas that may rub during use. Separate a visual concept from the approved production reference and document revisions.
04
Range planning and pack-out
For a product series, distinguish shared components from unique tools and color variants. Define the accessories and quantity of each component in the box. Packaging protection, labeling and instructions belong in the quotation scope, not in assumptions made after production starts.
