Connected process coverage
ITTAK supports plastic model kits, plastic toys, fixed-pose and articulated figures, polystone figures and statues, resin statues, and slush-molded vinyl figures, as well as standalone mold development and delivery. HIPS, ABS and PVC component production is in-house. The appropriate process, inspection plan and division of work are confirmed for each project; not every category uses the same equipment or workflow.
Tooling
Define how approved part information, mold construction, trial feedback, revisions and approvals connect. For mold-only orders, agree the receiving factory requirements and handover package separately from product production.
Production
Scope component production, decoration, assembly and packaging around the chosen product. Confirm the relevant inspection points for injection-molded parts, resin or polystone statues, and slush-molded vinyl figures individually.
Review
Define the drawings, material requirements, appearance criteria, reference samples, approval method and market documentation that apply. Equipment, capacity, tolerances and acceptance criteria are confirmed before they are treated as commitments.
Define the quality requirements
These considerations guide the conversation; the actual inspection plan must be agreed for the specific project.
Review component identification, visible surfaces, assembly interfaces and part completeness. Define how fit and molding-related feedback will be recorded and approved.
Clarify pose, support, assembly and appearance. Where a figure moves, agree the intended range of motion, joint feel and evaluation conditions instead of assuming one universal joint standard.
Agree surface appearance, part joins, support and base requirements, decoration references and protective packaging. Review the actual material specification for the project.
Define the required shape, feel, part interfaces and decorated appearance. Assess approved samples under agreed handling and packaging conditions.
Agree trial conditions, sample review, revisions, acceptance records and the information needed by the receiving factory. Do not assume that a mold handover includes a production order.
Set project-specific color, paint, print, handling and packing references. Describe any transport-related evaluation requested and confirm its scope before production.

Requirements vary by product and sales market. Identify the intended markets, applicable standards and documents your team expects.
