What we manufacture
Plastic model kits for branded projects
Plastic model kits are ITTAK’s core product category. Part structure, assembly, decoration and delivery format are reviewed around the requirements of each kit.
The manufacturing path is defined around the product being developed rather than treated as one standard package.
Manufacturing scope
Connecting product input with production
ITTAK supports projects with 3D scanning and product design, CNC and mold work, injection molding, spray painting, Tampo Print, assembly and packaging.
Production
Molded component capability
Produce HIPS, ABS and PVC components within the approved tooling and production plan.
Downstream
Finish and delivery scope
Coordinate spray painting, Tampo Print, assembly and packaging when those services are part of the agreed deliverables.
Japanese-market experience
KAIYODO / ARTPLA project experience
ITTAK has experience supporting Japanese-market projects, including the KAIYODO / ARTPLA work featured in the project galleries.
